Sealed tender duly affixed non-refundable Court Fees
Stamp as indicated below for each group to be drawn up in P.W.D F-2 form are
hereby invited from the Class-I Contractor of PHE Deptt. Class-II of S.E (PHE)
Rural Circle Shillong and Class-III & IV of PHE RWS Division Jowai as
applicable for the following works and will be received by the Undersigned
up to 8.10.2009 and will be opened at 3.30 p.m on the same date, same place
and same hours in present of the contractor and their authorized agents who
like to be present.
The detailed tender notice, terms and conditions and
specification of the work can be had from the office of the Undersigned on a
Written Application on all working days during office hours from 16.9.2009
to 7.10.2009 on payment as indicated below.
The Undersigned does not bind himself to accept the
lowest rate and reserve the full right to accept or reject any or all
tenders without assigning any reason thereof or to offer the accepted rate
to any tenderer if he feels necessary.
Contractors/ Tenderers should see the site before
submission of Tenders.

TERM AND CONDITIONS:
1. The Tender will not accepted of submitted in the
form other than prescribed form of the Division.
- The Contractors are requested to visit the site personally and go
through specification before dropping the tenders.
- The rate should be quoted both in figure and in words or in the
percentage basis, above of the estimated rate, or as per the estimated
rate.
- The Undersigned reserves the right to reject any tender without
assigning any reason thereof.
- The tenderer should furnish their full address, registration number
and class etc in details.
- Over writing, Cancellation should bear the signature of the
tenderers.
- No tender paper will be sold to the unregistered Contractor and non
eligible Contractors.
- Any other information if required may be obtained from the office of
the undersigned on any working day during office hours.
- No Materials such as Rod, Cement will be issued by the Department.
- Attested copy of the photograph of the contractor should be attached
with the tender.
- The Contractor or tenderer should furnish an undertaking that the
work will be done by the Contractor/ tenderer himself without which
the tender may not be entertained towards acceptance.
- Meghalaya VAT @ 12.50% on the total value of work done will be
deducted from the bill.
